I'm still working on finishing the last of step 1, it looks like I only have another day or 2 left till the bottles are empty. I hope step2 isnt as nasty as step1, but from what Fearfully Hopeful has been posting, it looks like it may be even worse...lol!!! It's all good, I'm a big girl; I can handle it :).
My skin is clearing up a little, but I still have a huge pimple next to my piercing under my lip (ouch!!!) and that funky painful boil pimple behind my left ear...lol! Thats so wierd...I also have some new scars from the old pimples that have pretty much cleared. I recently accepted that no matter how good I was with using my Walmart brand "Proactiv", it's just not working while I'm on this detox. What has really helped my skin clear in the last few days is good old fashion rubbing alcohol...I know they say it's terrible to use on your face all the time but it's really helping dry the pimples up. I also decided to swich to just a regular face wash until the pimples slow down and that way I dont waste my money on the expensive stuff while it's uneffective.
Other than that, I'm feelin pretty good so far today. Since I only have a couple pimples at the moment, I feel like I'm all that and a bag of chips today...lol!!! I slept pretty good last night for the first time in about a week. Fearfully Hopeful has been very supportive of me while I've been down the last few days and that has really lifted my spirit...thanks girl :-)
I got big concert plans this weekend so that gives me an excuse to go shopping and pamper myself without feeling guilty about spending the extra money!!! Well I guess I better go face this Thursday...it's cold outside! I really hope it warms up...this Bay Area weather is a trip...hella hot one day and raining the next, go figure. I didn's sleep well for quite awhile...I keep having the same dream that my car gets stolen. weird....yeah rubbing alcohol seemed to be pretty good for me too....well I'm glad you are doing good today. I assure you that your step 2, my step 3 is 10 times more gross, like drinking straight chlorine as opposed to the strong mineral taste of step 1....well have a good weekend. my birthday is saturday so I hope it doesn't suck
