Hi everyone!!!
Nothing new here- My face still looks like pizza and I had some minor tingling today but not much else going on here.
I decided to take today off the gym...My legs are pretty sore from introducing some new toning exercises, and plus, I made good on my word and decided to come home with some of my favorite all American junk food and pig out in front of the t.v. until I decide it's time for bed :-) I am passing on the alcohol consumption though...I think I'll wait till a party I'm attending on Saturday for that. I dont wanna go overboard with the calories between comfort food and liquor!!! I'm think I'm gonna go to bed early tonight and get up before work in the morning to work out.
Wkd: I'm glad you're enjoying your time off...I wish I was there with you!!! Chicken and drinks sounds great right about now, only I dont too much care for KFC...I like Popeye's better. Do they have Popeye's down under? Lol...you always give me a good laugh when you mention "crazy girl"...lmao :-) A nice lady I chat with on the hub gave me a good laugh this evening as well. I dont know if you guys do this in Australia, but in the US, we call Wednesday "Hump Day" because it's the "hump" in the middle of the week that leads us closer to the weekend when it's over (I hope I explained that right). Anyways, she ended her post by saying "Happy hump day even though none of us are humping :-(" (or something to that effect). That made me laugh too!!! Thanks again for your support and kind words buddy. Dont forget to send me those pics you mentioned when you get some free time. Have a beer for me :-)

Hello, sorry haven't been around lately on my holidays, its my last nite, i'm cooking up dinners for the week ahead( luckily only 4 days instead of 5) i took the monday off too so i didnt have to work a full week.

Yes i know of hump day,and that was pretty funny and clever of her, although sad but true.:-(
